Subject:   Breast augmentation horror, need reconstruction

 Hi, I have a very complex question. I received saline breast implants through the armpit from Dr. _____ in March 27, 2001. He also did liposuctioning on my  left nipple to raise it up so it can be aligned with my right breast which was smaller. He told me to massage my breast 6-9 times a day and squeeze as hard as I can until it reaches my collarbone. When he would massage it I would have bruises. He also performed closed capsulotomys on me. He said since I have smooth implants I have to massage them aggressively. From the start I always knew that my right side would be a problem, and it was. I noticed that my cleavage looked funny. My right breast strarted right at the middle the space between them was not even and I had visible rippling on my cleavge on the right side. My right nipple and areola area became so erect and I received a capsular contracture.  My whole right side was numb for 7 months. 

 Dr. _____ said he would go through the same incision to remove it. I went to get a second opinion from Dr. _____ and Dr. _____ who performed my second surgery through the fold and a scar revision on my right armpit. He found that I had no muscle He doesn't know why it is missing and my scar tissue was as thick as a finger and the capsular contaracure was pushing the implant in. Since I no longer have a muscle to cover the implant he left some of my scar tissue in place of the muscle. It helped a little but not enough because you can feel the edges of my implant. So now I would probably have to get silicone on both sides to fix it. My right is much softer than my left side. 

 Also I noticed my cleavage was still the same. I asked Dr. _____ if it couldn't be fixed and he told me no, that Dr. _____ ripped too much. He also overfilled my implant using a 325cc, filling it to 400cc. Dr. _____ sent my stuff to the lab and they came back finding silicone particles from the shell in my scar tissue, plus some other medical terms that I can’t recall. 

 My question is do you know what could have happened to my muscle (_____ said 80 % is missing) and can I gain it back and can my poket be fixed. I cannot wear low cut shirts at all, it is very noticeable and when you see the side view you can see the implant. Dr. _____ said it cannot be fixed, but I believe it can. Is there any way you can help me?
